• Quote data: customer names, addresses, job descriptions you enter to generate quotes
• Payment data: Stripe handles card details — we only store subscription status
• Usage data: quotes generated, login times
• Technical data: IP address, browser type (for security purposes)

• To provide the QuoteMyTrade service
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
• To improve our service
• To comply with legal obligations
